Developed from the Mistral. The major change was the addition of the “Aquastop”One rubber moulding included the mouthpiece, two openings of 1.5 inch external diameter for the non-return valve housings and a head strap.Compared to the Mistral the hoses were longer and had finer corrugations. The “Aqaustop”  valves prevented re-breathing air, so the need to keep hosea volumes low no longer existed.Most internal parts were identical to the Mistral.

The model shown has a high pressure tapping for a pressure gauge and has an all metal “Aqaustop”  as specified by the french Navy. The example shown is still in regular use in 2004.
